PROVISIONAL LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
RAGAZZI IN CUCINA (DBA of DE STEFANOS GROUP LLC)
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
Ragazzi in Cucina operates as a DBA of De Stefanos Group LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wisconsin (Entity ID D083251, EIN 39-3478645), with its principal office at 108 Pine Street, Sheboygan Falls, WI 53085.
These Provisional Legal Terms and Conditions of Use are issued to establish transparency regarding the services and products currently offered, as well as those projected for the future, which will be incorporated once the corresponding licenses are obtained.
2. CURRENT OPERATIONS
Ragazzi in Cucina is not operating as a licensed restaurant or commercial kitchen at this stage.
Present activities include:
Gastronomic and operational consulting.
Staff training.
Digital marketing and audiovisual production.
Direct-to-consumer sale of permitted, non-TCS (non-Time/Temperature Control for Safety) baked goods.
Menus published on social media and the website are conceptual only and represent a pre-launch stage of the future commercial operation.
3. PERMITTED PRODUCTS (NON-TCS BAKED GOODS)
At this stage, Ragazzi in Cucina may produce, pre-package, and label the following shelf-stable products:
Cookies (dry varieties).
Italian bastoncini (breadsticks).
Artisan crostata with shelf-stable jams or jellies.
Simple baked focaccia (without cheese, meats, or moist vegetables).
Cannoli shells (baked, without dairy filling).
Baked zeppole (without cream).
Baked donuts (without dairy filling).
Baked carrot or beet arepas (shelf-stable).
Puff pastries, cachitos, and calzone with chocolate/Nutella (baked, without meats or creams).
Carrot or pineapple cakes (shelf-stable versions).
Artisan golfeados (no cheese, stable version).
Baked cinnamon rolls (without perishable fillings).
4. SPECIAL PRODUCT LINE: NATURAL AND DIETARY OPTIONS
Ragazzi in Cucina develops an innovative line of natural and dietary baked goods made exclusively with natural ingredients. This includes:
Gluten-free products (breads, cookies, and sweets made with certified alternative flours such as rice, almond, or cassava).
Sugar-free products (cakes and cookies sweetened with fruit, stevia, or monk fruit).
100% cassava baked arepas (gluten-free, wheat-free, additive-free).
Oil-free baked cannoli shells.
Natural artisan sweets free of colorants, preservatives, or chemical additives.
This product line is designed to serve customers with dietary restrictions and health-conscious lifestyles.
5. PRODUCTS NOT AUTHORIZED AT THIS STAGE
Until a licensed commercial kitchen is obtained, Ragazzi in Cucina does not produce or sell:
Perishable fillings (pastry cream, ricotta, mascarpone, cream cheese, whipped cream).
Products containing meats or cold cuts.
Fried goods (e.g., fried donuts or fried zeppole).
Catering services, ready-to-eat meals, or wholesale distribution.
6. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE
Ragazzi in Cucina currently offers the following professional services that do not require food service licenses:
Restaurant and operations consulting.
Deep cleaning and kitchen organization (European standards).
Staff training in kitchen and service.
Digital marketing and audiovisual production (over 200 videos).
Business alliances and international consulting.
Support in fairs and events with permitted tastings.
7. IMMEDIATE PROJECTION
Plans currently in progress include:

8. MANDATORY LABELING
All products, both traditional and natural/dietary, are delivered pre-packaged with a label that includes:

Producer name and address.
Batch number and date.

For gluten-free and sugar-free products, the following note is added:

10. IMPORTATION AND INTERNATIONAL VISION
The company is preparing for direct importation from Italy, in compliance with USDA, FDA, and U.S. Customs regulations, to introduce authentic products at competitive prices.

12. RESPONSIBILITIES
Client: Responsible for complying with applicable regulations and obtaining necessary licenses when reselling or distributing products.
Ragazzi in Cucina: Responsible for providing permitted services and products in accordance with current regulations, ensuring transparency and food safety.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Ragazzi in Cucina’s liability shall in no case exceed the amount of fees paid for the specific services or products provided.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All manuals, recipes, strategies, and materials produced by Ragazzi in Cucina are the intellectual property of De Stefanos Group LLC.
15. CONFIDENTIALITY
All business and client information is treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written authorization.
16. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of Sheboygan County.
17. ACCEPTANCE
By interacting with Ragazzi in Cucina, purchasing permitted baked goods, or contracting professional services, the Client acknowledges and accepts these Provisional Legal Terms and Conditions of Use.
